• Sound healing opens up opportunities for space, time and silence in everyday life.  From sitting quietly, to turning off the news with a cup of tea, to just noticing the wind or the birds, to immersing one’s-self in sound healing baths.  Exploring opportunities will make a difference.
• Humming is self-care.
• Nurse Coaching is being used to support teachers to help them reduce stress and better function in their own lives, therefore being more readily open and available to support the students they are teaching.
• Listen as Michele invites us to be immersed in her singing bowls.
• Transitioning from ICU Nursing to holistic practices for Michele was all about slowing down and becoming more present and authentic to her desires.
