22 episodes in and I realized that I've never introduced myself! So I'm sharing my story of the many lives that I have lived. 

This gets pretty personal. 

Once you're in a familiar situation, your brain will resist changing it. There were so many times in my life I could have chosen the “safer” option, but I intentionally chose to increase my experiences and shift my identities which has led me to where I am today.
