Dr. Anthony Fauci is a legendary animal experimenter. But in 40 years of using monkeys, there is no HIV AIDS vaccine. So Fauci's departure could mean more modern non-animal methods of science will have a chance to co-exist among the animal abusers. PETA uncovered 17 violations of federal animal welfare guidelines at NIH in 2022 alone. That's on top of another 120 over the last three years. The violations include animals starving to death. Dr. Alka Chandna talks to Emil Guillermo about the animal suffering at NIH.
