• Nurse Coaching curriculum coupled with self-awareness, self-reflection, self-care can re-energize Nurses’ practice
• Transformation is not linear, or a step-by-step process, and can occur with self-development, which includes self-assessment, self-reflection, self-care
• Board certified Nurse Coaches are now included in use of CPT 3 codes, health and wellbeing codes are:
  • 0591T Health and Well-Being Coaching face-to-face; individual, initial assessment
  • 0592T individual, follow-up session, at least 30 minutes
  • 0593T group (two or more individuals), at least 30 minutes
• Resilience is a process, a journey and cannot be created overnight.
• Learning is a continuous process; INCA has created multiple advanced and specialty Nursing programs to enhance Nursing practice and aid in self-care and building resilience in Nurses
• Connecting with like-minded people enhances wellbeing and shared goals
• Instead of turning away from the broken healthcare system, Nurses can make a difference where they are. Stand firm, speak up and break down barriers to shift the way healthcare is being practiced
