A simple breath-mindfulness meditation to let the mind unwind and decompress. 

This class is perfect for any time of day, and is accessible to all levels. If you're new to meditation or have a lot on your mind (okay, who doesn't lately!?) you may choose to repeat this class a few times. I find the best results in decluttering the mind are found through consistency.
