Naz started EMDR therapy earlier this year after doing years of talk therapy and wants to share about what it is and its effects with the world. EMDR stands for Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy. It works to rewrite the neurological pathways in your brain and it achieves this by going through a therapy session while being guided to do bilateral movements.
