Our girl Ashley came to the recording feeling overwhelmed about a few things, and instead of hiding that, she decided to share how she was feeling with Lauren, Naz, and all of you. It's a really raw, vulnerable episode with a lot of honest talk from a new mom. Lauren and Naz weigh in on some ways to slow down, breathe, and just focus on the here and now. Jared joins the ladies to share a bit of his perspective, too. Ashley is sharing real, relatable feelings that society tells new moms they should be ashamed of, and we're just not about that here at I Don't Get It. We're not gonna lie though, this one started out pretty intense, but it ended up being a really beautiful, cathartic conversation.
