1. 意志力是基本條件。
2. 進香一個月前要長距離練走。
3. 照自己節奏行走，不要亂追。
4. 鞋子貼合、水陸兩用鞋不錯。
5. 合腳的襪子讓你不易長水泡。
6. 速度目標：10分鐘內走完1公里，持續走一小時（6公里）。
7. 鞋子可以穿一雙帶一雙，但也要穿著長距離練走。
8. 適當補充維他命B群。
