New Ears to Hear

• Nurse Coaching impacts a healthcare practitioner’s view over their work positively and saves productivity and healthcare costs, because patients are not returning to the ED or clinics as often, since they are choosing to focus on goals and ideas that are central to their needs, not the practitioners. Practitioners have greater satisfaction and connection with their patients because of this partnership.
• There is a big difference between the ‘prescriptive’ way of healthcare and the 'open ear' way of Nurse Coaching. Leslie speaks to the difference in depth.
