Almost a year of paddling around in the foam ball that that is surf and mindfulness podcasting gang. This week we are chatting hail stones in summer time, wave gifts from the surf gods, putting training into practice, board volume, speed, social media and TV negativity.

Is it easier to go from mush burgers to great waves than it is to transition from great surf to sloppy? and is this simply the truest metaphor for life. If you can squeeze joy out of the mundane then you ride the highs and lows whereas chasing perfection as us surfers tend to do is to enter a infinite loop of disappointment.
