Welcome back gang. This week we are looking at whether words can do justice to the joy of surfing and this beautiful thing that is life. We explore putting joy into all experiences, making the present moment your friend and tapping into the mysteries of the universe. Not to mention how having a back door into mindfulness through surfing connects surfers to spirituality.  

We chat play for it’s own sake, surfing like no one is watching, doing things for you alone and for the joy of expressing yourself without worrying what anyone thinks.  We have deep breathing for healing, challenges, novelty and flow.
