Raymond O'Brien was born into a family of seers. As an adult, his mother foretold of dire consequences if he didn't 'change' his drug and alcohol-fuelled lifestyle.

Soon after, a 'voice' warned him that he was going to die. What followed was a night of terror and revelation when he found himself rushed to hospital unable to breathe, going into cardiac arrest. Deciding to let himself go, Raymond passed over to the 'other side' where he became 'one with everything' and encountered spiritual beings.

Raymond has gone on to become a counsellor to NDE survivors, is a member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists, and is the Uk's first NDE trauma psychotherapist.
