Why would I do that? Wrong question. Just trust. OK. This episode returns to the conversion story of Michael Campanelli, a man who went to Medjugorje not even sure he believed in God. Chris is the kind of guy you might live next door to. A regular husband and dad, doing his best, never presenting himself as special or gifted in any way. Just humble and real.

In this episode, he shares several moments where God quietly but unmistakably showed up. The most dramatic came in 2015, when his children were still very young and he was diagnosed with the most aggressive form of multiple sclerosis. Doctors told him he would likely be disabled within six to nine months.

Fifty years ago today, with seconds left on the clock, a quarterback launched a desperate pass and later said, "I closed my eyes and said a Hail Mary." The phrase stuck -- a last-ditch effort when human ability runs out.
