In 2024 my biggest observation is how many people are living in fear and mistrust.  Through my own learning, I realise that mistrust often lead to fear and fear also lead to mistrust.  Ultimately though, it is actually our mistrust of ourselves that leads to our mistrust of others.  In this episode, we will drive deep into this concept of hear led rather than brain/logic led life.
