PCOS is not as clear cut as you might think, so it helps to have an experienced coach like our guest, Letisha Bates, to help guide you in reclaiming your health and wellness and to support your fertility journey.

Letisha is a licensed nurse who changed careers to become a functional health coach & nutritionist who specializes in PCOS. Her own struggles with her health and PCOS led her to her passion of helping others improve their PCOS and take back their health. Since then she has become a PCOS activist and advocates on a lawmaker level, sits on the board of the largest PCOS non-profit organization, raised over $15,000 towards PCOS research & education, obtained an A.S. of Nutrition & Food Science and is currently in a dietetics program to become a registered dietitian. Letisha uses multiple platforms to share evidence-based PCOS education and to help people living with PCOS become their best advocate.
