David Bedrick is a psychotherapist and author of "The unshaming way" and "You Can’t Judge a Body by Its Cover: 17 Women's Stories of Hunger, Body Shame and Redemption".

He is an activist who advocate for women, helping them to free themselves from every shame they could carry, and especially body shame. 

It's an honor to talk with him about the shame that surrounds our vulvas, as so many of us experience it. So many woman have internalized that our vulva are ugly, smelly, innapropriate. And this has huge consequences on our self esteem, pleasure and openess in intimacy. 

With David we discussed how shame takes root in our lives, and the internal and external resources we could have to free ourselves from it, learn to love our pussies, and respect their diversity.
