Ep.98 Do Your 1:1 Clients Need a Group Program?

One of the biggest conversations that we have with clinicians and health providers is about whether one to one services are better than a group model.

We often hear that people are hesitant to shift from that traditional one to one model or if they're starting out, they want to do one to one first.

Today, I'm exploring what the research is saying about e-learning and online group models versus traditional one to one models, as well as sharing some of the best practices that we've learned as a company in supporting clinicians who are teaching health and professional development in an online group program.

Here's what I talked about:

  • How we can make online learning enriching AND interesting for our clients, as well as in the health professional development space (instead of having boring lectures!)
  • How you can focus on effective results and a better experience for your clients by providing an online group program (and it's a more efficient use of your own time!)
  • What I found when going through the research on e-learning (I know you're a researcher and want to understand the clinical research!)
  • The benefit that makes all the difference for long-term success (having that community element helps people not feel alone AND learn from each other!)
  • What we recommend you do to take clients through your framework (which allows your clients to use their time on the calls to get customized support from you!)

As you build or grow your practice, you may be looking at developing online learning for your clients. This gives you the opportunity to provide support in the different ways that people learn, while inspiring them to show up during the times that are convenient for them - so they have the chance to connect and clearly see the value of your expertise and support!
