Alana Dawson is a Podcast Coach & Editor for busy women with a mission. She’s the Founder of the Mom Wants More Podcast & The Podcasting Party, a podcast for podcasters of all stages and phases. Alana is on a mission to put the fun back into podcasting.

I met Alana through a mastermind community that we were both part of, and originally I pitched myself to be on her show. But once I decided to create this podcast, I KNEW I had to have her come on here and talk to y’all. In this episode she’s sharing her story about a serious health scare, how it made her re-evaluate her life and business and really question how she had been doing things. We go on to talk about pivots, which I know, is being talked about A LOT right now. But we aren’t just talking about a messaging pivot, or an offer pivot. We talk all about major pivots in your business — how to know when it’s necessary, and what to do about it once you know.

This episode is full of nuggets of wisdom from Alana, and I really enjoyed our conversation and can’t wait to share it with you. So let’s go ahead and dive in!
