Greg Schmaus (IG: @4d_healing) is the owner and CEO of 4D Healing which was born out of Greg’s own journey of healing and self-discovery. While competing as a national ranked junior golf and Division I athlete in college, Greg found himself facing both physical and mental health challenges. This began his journey into holistic health and healing. Through his work with various mentors, Greg was introduced to the healing powers of meditation, nutrition, movement, and a wide variety of lifestyle practices. While working with clients and teaching seminars, Greg shares that his physical and mental health challenges were the greatest gifts he ever received. These gifts have inspired Greg to share these healing practices, guide others on their healing journey, and raise awareness that these challenges are not necessary happening to us, but in fact happening for us.
