ပထမဆံုးထုတ္လႊင့္မယ့္ အစီစဥ္မွာေတာ့ လူ႔အခြင့္ေရးဆုိတာဘာလဲ။ လူ႔အခြင့္အေရးက ျပည္သူေတြအေပၚ ဘယ္လိုသက္ေရာက္မႈ ရွိေနသလဲ။ ဆုိတာေတြနဲ႔ပတ္သက္ၿပီး ျပည္သူေတြ သိရွိနားလည္ေအာင္ ႀကိဳးစားတင္ျပထားပါတယ္။

ဒီအစီစဥ္မွာေတာ့ မၾကာေသးခင္ကမွ ႏိ္ုင္ငံေတာ္၏အတုိင္ပင္ခံပုဂၢိဳလ္ ေဒၚေအာင္ဆန္းစုၾကည္က ျမန္မာႏုိင္ငံအတြင္း လူ႔အခြင့္ေရးနဲ႔ပတ္သက္ၿပီး ကမၻာကိုေျပာၾကားထားမႈေတြ၊ လူ႔အခြင့္ေရး ကၽြမ္းက်င္သူေတြ နဲ႔ ျပည္သူေတြရဲ႕ စကားသံေတြ ကိုလည္း နားဆင္ရမွာ ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။

ဒါ့အျပင္ ႏုိင္ငံတကာအသုိင္းအ၀ုိင္းနဲ႔ ျမန္မာအစိုးရတုိ႔ရဲ႕ လူ႔အခြင့္ေရးနဲ႔ပတ္သက္ၿပီး အဓိပၸါယ္ဖြင့္ဆုိခ်က္ ေတြကိုလည္း နားဆင္ရမွာ ျဖစ္တ့ဲအတြက္ ေစာင့္ေမွ်ာ္ အားေပးၾကပါအံုးလုိ႔ ဖိတ္ေခၚပါရေစ။
