At the Plate (0:00-28:37): Tom and Gray react strongly to Alabama being named the eight-seed in the NCAA Tournament, and then give a little preview of the Tuscaloosa Regional. 

Advancing to First and Stealing Second (28:50-51:15): In a combined segment, Gray and Tom go regional-by-regional and discuss all of the headlines going into the NCAA Tournament. 

Rounding Third (51:27-1:12:47): Gray and Tom make their picks for each regional, super regional, and the Women’s College World Series.
