“Tell me about your greatest weakness” is a behavioral question that many people mess up on.

On the one hand, you don’t want to give them a weakness that will cause them to not want to hire you.

On the other hand, you can’t just give them a strength and try to dress it up as a weakness (i.e. “I’m too much of a perfectionist sometimes”).

So how should you handle it?
