He recently moved to Altrincham AC after a long period at Winston and Darren tells us why he did this and what he felt the benefits will be. Darren is a keen pacer having paced over 100 events and he explains why its so good to pace and what makes a good pacer along with a rewarding experience he had when pacing. Darren found that during COVID he was doing his own speed training but got to a point where he would burn out, he then turned to a coach to help him on his journey and then pushed towards Masters England qualification.
