Today we will be discussing one of the most influential and iconic rappers of all time. Rising from a childhood of activism and poverty, he became an iconic poet, lyricist, actor, and rapper who helped redefine the sound of West Coast hip-hop. But his life was tragically cut short at the young age of 25 on September 7th, 1996. He was brutally shot four times at a red light on his way to a Las Vegas nightclub. Hours before the shooting, he was involved in the assault of a man named Orlando Anderson, who allegedly had ties to the Crips. This murder case went cold for over 25 years, fueling endless conspiracy theories and speculation about who was really behind his killing... or, if this rapper even died at all. However, in July 2023, a new search warrant was executed in connection to the murder. And now it seems the answers may have been there all along. This is the perplexing story of Tupac Shakur.
