Todays episode is based on the personal experiences of Edwin F Becker. Ed and his wife Marsha purchased a house in Chicago in 1970 and the paranormal events that ensued changed their lives forever and eventually Ed published what was originally just his personal journals of what occurred.

This book was titled True Haunting and was the primary source for this episode. I'm also pretty sure they're about to make a movie about it
