Batfleck himself and Jon Bernthal return in the sequel as the Autistic superhero assassin accountant and his normie brother get together to help out an old (dead) friend solve the mystery of a missing girl and her family. Is this sequel a worthy universe expansion/possible franchise starter for The Accountant character - think John Wick if he had ASD and a connected network of hackers and assassins - or is it just pat espionage drivel that’s more of the same considering most of the original cast and crew are back?
