Today I am joined by Dave Baldwin. Dave has been a vegan since 2016, and as you’ll hear, his vegan journey was influenced by living with a Vegfest organizer for nearly six years. Dave has a passion for psychology, inspired by his own journey with overcoming compulsive overeating and weight loss. He also has a long-term vision for building new communities. Dave and I discuss the power of food to bring us together, compassion outside of the typical vegan scope and places where you typically expect a vegan approach, as well as how to show up in alignment with our values when it is most difficult.
