Today we're joined by Gabe Patterson of the Utah Conservation Officers Association to talk about UCOA. UCOA was formed in 1990 as a non-profit organization in the State of Utah. UCOA was organized exclusively for the purpose of “lessoning the burdens of government” by unifying the Conservation Officers of the State of Utah as a body acting together to protect and conserve Utah’s wildlife resources.
