I have followed Vanessa Lau online for years (she’s always been on top of the game when it comes to social media) and last week she announced that she’s taking a potentially permanent sabbatical from her business.
Here’s the article where she makes the announcement: https://vanessalau.co/sabbatical/
After reading her announcement, it got me thinking about the pattern of other “big time” entrepreneurs who have quit or left their businesses.
I have huge respect for Vanessa that she put her happiness, well-being and health first *BUT* I also think there are some lessons to be learned here.
So, I turned on my microphone and recorded this episode.
Tune in to hear what I think about the situation, the quitting pattern I’ve noticed, and how we can ask ourselves some key questions to ensure we’re building businesses that align with what we want our lives to look like.
