For months, Colorado police departments were sure Travis Forbes was behind the disappearance of Kenia Monge. However due to lack of evidence, they were unable to bring him to justice. That was until July 4th 2011, when another woman crossed paths with Travis. Lydia Tillman jumped from her burning second floor apartment, not only saving her life, but also giving police the evidence they needed to catch a monster.
