Jimmy went to New York Comic Con (NYCC) last week and got about 12 interviews and 1 press room. Producer Joe even got an interview in! In this episode, you'll hear from the "Britain's Queen of gothic folk horror" Sarah Gordon. Our mutual pal Kieron Gillen bestowed that moniker upon Sarah and he is so right. Jimmy had met (well re-met) Sarah last year in the UK at the Thought Bubble festival but only recently read her work. (That she had kindly gifted to him. BAD JIMMY!). VICIOUS CREATURES is one of the most incredible and beautiful graphic novels he has read in a long time. They discuss the book, inspirations, expressly detailed art style, use of color, when she realized she loved horror, making grotesque things beautiful, Mr. Blobby, Adam Ant and so much more. A lengthy, fun, informative and delightful conversation!
