I've been wrestling with this topic for a while now and finally put a few coherent thoughts together. In a world where Amazon can have something at my doorstep tomorrow, why should I buy something from a brick-and-mortar store? There are a lot of good reasons, but businesses need to be making it easier to walk into their stores, not harder. That and more on the show today.
