For this special episode we are honored to have Prof. Emma Teeling as a guest. Prof. Teeling is a full time professor of Zoology at the University College of Dublin in Ireland and she is the world leading scientist in the field of bats. Prof. Teeling is also the co-founder and the director of the an initiative to sequence the genomes of all living bat species, called "Bat1K Project" which we discussed in the episode.
