This isn’t because the industry is actively looking to make things worse, more because it was written more for office work in mind. Because let’s be real, casual Friday is pretty much every day when you’re ripping transmissions out of Silverado’s. The overall message of the article though is pretty good- employers should try to make their work environments as hospitable as possible even though they don’t have to. Also Uncle Jimmy shares his thoughts on team building, especially when the whole team isn’t invited.
