The boys welcome Roland Benedetti of Living Wine to eat too much cheese and drink 6 bottles of Jacquere in an afternoon. We really recommend doing that sometime soon for everyone -- it's incredible for your brain and mood. Roland has forgotten more about his home, the Savoie, than we could ever hope to know, so it was an absolute treat to hear the real gossip.
