Jeff Stoess is the creator of the Kentucky Adventure Tour (KAT). The KAT is a 900+ mile  Dual-Sport backcountry route through eastern Kentucky, including small parts of Virginia, West Virginia, and Tennessee. I sat down with Jeff to talk about why he created the KAT, all the nitty-gritty details of riding the KAT, and a little bit about how he got into riding in the first place.
