There are some good points in this article that work well for our profession, but sometimes don’t mesh when it comes to their application. Going above and beyond is great - if you’re getting paid for it! In the Automotive Industry it is easy for entire organizations to hinge on a singular “Indispensable” individual, but the better the communication is within the group, and the more the group is committed to continual development - the more the load gets spread and the more total money can be made.
