When the kings of Israel and Judah realized their mistake, they sought the prophet of God Elisha. Even though they did not consult the Lord first, God still delivered them from their problem through Elisha. If you are facing a panicky situation today, and maybe you knew it was a bad idea from the start, or you consulted other things instead of God, God's hand is not too short to deliver you. The kings were required to perform an act of manual labor as a sign of trust and faith in the Lord. What is that thing God is asking you to do today as a test to show you trust Him to deliver you?
