In this week’s episode, we revisit a case that goes back a decade to 2011.  Whether by self-admitted arrogance or a drive to thwart as many offenders as he possibly could, Tony was in a season marked by a professional stride in which a number of cases were being tackled simultaneously. In one among the number, Tony began using a profile of a 13-year-old female in a Yahoo chat room where he was contacted by a 31-year-old man later identified as DONALD STEINER (pseudonym) - a suspect from an area of Texas just a few hours away from Tony’s own home, who would turn out to be a repeat offender.  Turn up the volume and get ready for “Three Strikes, You're Out.”
