At 23 years old and already living with Type 1 diabetics Jack had a medical issue during SWAT tryout that leads to him finding out he has Leukemia.

He’s now in a battle for his life.

Jack is one of the toughest and most optimist young men I have ever met and he has an army behind him for support.

Leading that support is the best family anyone could ask for and some of the nicest and most genuine people I have met.
