This week there's this item hitting the news about the band OK Go and their legal issues with a breakfast cereal brand. It's interesting in its own right, but it opens the door to lots of Big Thoughts about us local bands, the importance (or not) of uniqueness in our naming, and how to handle intellectual property as part of a brand.
