Nicola Di Bona is a Miss Australia National Finalist, an opera singer who previously performed with Opera Australia. She models locally, nationally and internationally. As a survivor of sexual assault, a particularly violent and traumatic event from when she was a minor, she now runs a local organisation aimed at spreading awareness of sexual assault, and advocacy for survivors.

She is a former UN Youth Australia national delegate a former NSW youth parliamentarian, with her main area of expertise in Women’s Affairs. A proud historian that has successfully written numerous award-winning, published essays on a variety of subjects including Zionism, Judaism, Ancient Rome, Ancient Greece, the importance and meaning of memory, and several other diverse topics.Nicola uses her platforms as both an academic and model to combat common misconceptions and the stigma surrounding sexual assault.
