As a Life Plan CCRC, Harbor’s Edge offers luxury apartments with exceptional amenities surrounded by Norfolk, Virginia’s working harbor on the Elizabeth River. The upscale community offers True LifeCare, an exclusive combination of refundable entrance fees and predictable healthcare costs.
