We invited our good friend and mentor, Monica Rougeau, back to the pod for Episode 28. Her ability to be the calm in the storm is one of her greatest gifts. Monica shares with us a personal story of her son's ATV accident right as Corona virus hit our country and how this incident has reminded her of her lack of control. 

When asked how she is surviving these days during quarantine, Monica said, " I am taking each day as it comes. Trying to stay in a routine of getting up early, exercising and having specific objectives to complete each day.  My "Gold" temperament in me needs to start each day with an updated list however, I'm giving myself permission not to beat myself up if I don't get everything done that day. Being more intentional in focusing on my children and husband and putting work aside more more appropriately...which leads to many days not getting everything on my list checked off however, much more fulfilled in the relationships that matter most."
