We​ discussed why we got involved in the Union, the importance of Grievances and PDIs, the first 14 days of the Informal Step A investigating and request for information, note taking during PDIs and InFormal A, including Formal A, and setting up grievance files. The most important part of our conversation was discussing our experiences regarding training, specifically how we feel about our union's current state and what we think about fixing it.
