In the second of our DCAC series, we continue speaking  with Carrie Paschall, the Chief Investigation and Support Services Officer for the Dallas Children’s Advocacy Center about the disclosure process. We discuss the issue of recantation, and why that is an understandable, and even expected part of the process. We hope the insight Carrie brings allows our listeners to understand the horrible position a victim is put in when they choose to disclose their abuse.
