My ten year anniversary at Pegasus has just happened. I thought this would be an interesting time to reflect on what went wrong with my first business, Jigsaw, and how that shaped Pegasus and thus the business lessons I have learnt and would encourage other current or prospective business owners, particularly if it is a consultancy business, to take on board.
