On February 13th, 2017 in Delphi, Indiana, 14-year-old Libby German and 13-year-old Abby Williams decided to enjoy the unseasonably warm day by walking the trails in their town, like they had plenty of times before. But when Libby’s father arrived to pick them up, they were nowhere to be found. A town-wide manhunt uncovered their bodies in a nearby ravine, but what makes this case truly unbelievable is, in the words of the Indiana State Police, “We have a video, we have a still photograph, we have sound, and we don’t know who this person is.”
