A man named Alex had a prolonged and terrifying encounter with what he believes to be Bigfoot. But this story is very different from what most of us are probably used to when we think of the infamous Cryptid, and it raises questions about what Bigfoot could possibly be.

During the Covid-19 lockdown, Alex needed an escape and decided to go camping in the Uwharrie National Forest by himself. The park was closed and off-limits, but he found a very isolated spot and hiked in all by himself to set up camp. Upon entering the woods, he described an electric static feeling coming over his body—a sense of crossing over a veil—and started to experience what can only be described as telepathic impressions. Over the course of the day and night, Alex experienced a series of bizarre and terrifying events that left him confused and traumatized. Only later, after researching what happened to him, did he learn that these things are all connected to the sightings of Bigfoot.

Everyone interviewed in this series signed a document stating that they are telling the truth, and not being deceptive in any way.
