Listen Later

How do we not engage ourselves after going through a failed partnership? Why should we make an effort to create good company culture along with effective leadership?

Those who have lost everything they've invested their hearts into because of bad partnerships are often afraid to look for new partners, fearing that it will happen again. However, it wasn't the case with today's guest. It was instead a form of learning, as he finally realized who he should not do business with.

The lesson he learned along the way stayed with him. Now he has more than 70 people working with him, demonstrating his ability to scale. In his words, he had to go through the school of hard knocks and screw up things first, break them, fix them, rebuild them, then move on. Even though it wasn't an easy road, it is without a doubt that all that he’s gone through has made him a better, wiser entrepreneur. Please tune in to learn more from our guy, Bennett Grove
